As a Canopy customer, you will have access to our help center and support team. Within the platform, all you have to do is click on the purple chat icon on the bottom right of your screen. This will direct you to our help box. The help box will provide the link to our Help Center and give you the ability to chat with our support team through the Canopy software. You can ask us anything and we will respond as fast as we can!
In our Help Center, we provide a variety of instructional how-to videos and articles. You can either browse by topic or type your question into the search box.
